Kamppi Helsinki is a shopping centre located in the downtown of Helsinki and at the core of what it means to be a Helsinkian. Kamppi Helsinki is the most popular shopping centre in Helsinki. It had 16.9 million visitors and a revenue of 159 million euros in 2021. The anchor tenants in the shopping centre are Kortteli, MUJI, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Clas Ohlson, Stadium, Vero Moda, K-Supermarket, and Alko.
Kamppi Helsinki is owned by European Cities Strategy ECF (50%) as governed by Nuveen Real Estate, and Allianz Real Estate (50%) via several companies belonging to the Allianz Group. CBRE Finland Oy is responsible for the operational administration of the shopping centre.
