King Colis, which has become a phenomenon in Europe, will open a pop-up store in the central circle of Kamppi Helsinki from 13 to 18 January. King Colis collects lost e-commerce shipments from European online stores and logistics companies and resells them to consumers instead of ending up in disposposition. The pop-up store sells more than 10 tonnes of parcels lost in the post office, the contents of which are only revealed to the customer after purchase.
King Colis packages are sold by weight. The price of the standard packages is €2.49 / 100 g and the price of the premium packages is €2.99 / 100 g. Customers have ten minutes to choose the packages they want and weigh them to find out the price. After shopping, the most exciting moment arrives, which is the opening of the package. The content can be anything from everyday accessories to high-tech or designer clothing. Even gold bars and rare Pokémon cards have been found in European pop-ups.
